We were blessed to serve alongside the people of Interfaith Action of Greater St. Paul, and Hamline University with our youth students. Our week in the Cities was filled with hard work and a lot of learning centered on the reasons IFA is needed. Because IFA is made up of member faith communities and wisdom gatherings, our group had the opportunity to visit member houses of worship to enrich our understanding of their community and who is serving in it. Reflection and prayer observation walks between service projects and faith community visits gave us the opportunity to ground ourselves in the real-time lived context of Saint Paul.
